“I regret trashing Ilebaye’s clothes” – Ike

Ike Onyema, a former Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate who was evicted from the show, expressed remorse for his actions involving trashing Ilebaye’s clothes in the washroom.

Two weeks earlier, Ike had deliberately thrown Ilebaye’s clothes on the bathroom floor as part of his strategy to provoke her into getting a third strike, which would have resulted in her elimination from the current season of the reality show.

However, Ike was eliminated from the show on Sunday, along with Prince, Lucy, and Seyi.

Reflecting on his actions during an interview with the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, after his eviction, Ike acknowledged that he had crossed certain boundaries and expressed his regret.

He said, “I am sorry again to everyone about some of the boundaries that I crossed. When I saw people’s reaction to the clip being played back, I was like okay, I might have gone too far.”

Ike admitted that there was no excuse for his behavior, and he acknowledged that things had gotten out of hand. He also mentioned that he struggled with controlling his emotions, and he had many regrets about his actions. Ike took the opportunity to publicly apologize to the house and Ilebaye for his behavior.
