Nigerian music executive, Don Jazzy, once again demonstrated his remarkable generosity by donating N500,000 to cover the medical bills of a woman admitted to Igbobi Hospital in Lagos.
This heartwarming gesture was prompted by an urgent plea for financial assistance made by the woman’s daughter, Laura, on Twitter. Laura shared a distressing situation where her mother was hospitalized due to an outstanding medical bill of N400,000.
In her tweet, Laura posted a poignant photo of her ailing mother in her hospital bed and informed her followers about the urgent need to raise N400,000 before Monday to secure her mother’s discharge from Igbobi Hospital.
Don Jazzy, the founder of Mavin Records, responded promptly to Laura’s plea for assistance. He reached out to her, requested her account details, and generously transferred N500,000 to her account. This act of kindness ensured that the outstanding medical bill would not prevent her mother’s discharge from the hospital, offering much-needed relief during a challenging time.
Don Jazzy took to his social media platforms to share a screenshot of the transaction, confirming the completion of the financial aid.
He informed Laura and his followers of the successful transfer.
